Tidal
I served as sound recordist for Tidal, a short film. My role involved capturing all the audio elements needed for the production.
I recorded the environmental sound and ambience to establish the film's atmosphere, captured dialogue on set, and also recorded custom foley sounds for use throughout the film.
Working on a film production was a great experience; different from live events, but no less challenging. Each type of recording presented its own considerations, from managing background noise to ensuring clean dialogue takes.

Tidal follows Lee as he faces a difficult decision: to face up to his responsibilities and move forward with his life, or continue in fear and live to regret it. The film premiered at British Shorts Berlin and won the North America Premiere at Warsaw Ave Film Festival.
